Since 1987, Scotty’s has been baking pie the old-fashioned way.
Orchard-fresh fruit, a homemade, flaky crust and sweet apple cider are the key ingredients in our famous apple pies.
Scotty’s country kitchen is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley at our family’s century old apple orchard. The apples in our pies come straight from the trees our family tends year long. For over 30 years, we have been committed to keeping our pies simple, fresh and preservative free. We make our dough from scratch every morning and hand roll the crust for each pie. We add the freshest fruit obtainable — apples, peaches, cherries and blueberries — and bake our pies to perfection. The result is a pie the way it should be, homemade, fresh and delicious!
We also offer memorable fruit pies with farm fresh strawberries, peaches and cherries. Seasonally we offer our much loved Strawberry Rhubarb pies in the Summer, Pumpkin pies in the Autumn and Pecan pies in the Winter.

In addition to our pies we bake chewy chocolate chip cookies as well as beautiful oatmeal raisin cookies.
